Thank you for shopping with CourtJersey. This policy explains our general procedures for returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.
30-Day Return Period
You may request an eligible return within 30 days after receiving your order.
Return requests made outside this period may not qualify for a discretionary return unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a standard return, an item should generally:
- Be unused and unworn
- Remain in its original condition
- Have original tags attached where applicable
- Include original packaging where reasonably applicable
- Include accessories or components originally supplied
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Products that have been materially worn, washed, altered, damaged by the customer, or otherwise made unsuitable for resale may not qualify for a discretionary return.
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
How to Request a Return

Please do not send a return without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or may not be accepted if we cannot identify the applicable order.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If you receive a materially damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We recommend contacting us within 48–72 hours after delivery to help us investigate the issue efficiently.
Please provide photographs or video showing the issue where reasonably requested.
If we confirm that the issue resulted from our error, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund, or applicable return-shipping arrangements.
Change-of-Mind Returns
For eligible returns resulting from a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or another reason not caused by our error, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged subject to availability.

We will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests before an order enters fulfillment or is dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. An eligible return may instead be requested after delivery.
Refund Processing
After an eligible returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the outcome of your return.
If your refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise required by applicable law.
